A brilliant EDF adviser called Jade took my call very quickly, no waiting, and she fully understood what I needed, in fact Jade offered to look back at my electric usage for the same period in 2024 to compare cost. This outstanding customer service has now provided me with all the information I need to send over to the home insurance claims team, so I can get the correct reimbursement costs back. I am so impressed, Jade was so easy to deal with and I was treated as a valued EDF customer.
