This morning I spoke to Liam 16E to sort out Gas bill this is third time of asking to sort things out, since Eon took it over in January for my neighbour & the neighbours have been paying my gas bill. I have been with EDF for the past twenty plus years with no trouble & hopefully Liam has sorted things out. Thank you
