I have really struggled with the service. To be fair, I am now facing similar challenges with another provider. I've encountered long wait times, unanswered emails, and a complete lack of action. Even after leaving, it took 9 months to resolve my final bill. However, once my complaint was assigned to a representative, she has been a breath of fresh air. While she couldn't speed things up, she has consistently checked in and reassured me that progress is being made towards a resolution. When issues arose, she addressed them promptly. Despite the lengthy wait, her positive communication has greatly alleviated my frustration. She deserves recognition as a shining representative for the company.
