I joined EDF approx 3 months ago because of significantly cheaper tarrifs than Octopus who I had been with 5 years and had no complaints BUT....
I have been so surprised by the quality and level of service at EDF. Its been an outstanding experience. The website is so easy to use and my energy usage is clear and concise. I recently contacted them by phone to change my payments and I was so shocked because the call was answered immediately and the person I spoke to, Jen, was so friendly and so efficent and my request was acted on straight away. EDF gets 100/100 for excellent services! I was so nervous to change suppliers but I wish I had done it sooner.
