Kim is the shining star of an EDF shitshow!
quite frankly, a horrendous customer experience with edf over the course of 2 years.
Finally speaking to Kim, she empathised, listened, explained, apologised, amd dealt with every bad situation independently, taking time to understand each situation, / problem and deliver possible solutions.
Edf and its processes have let me down again and again. Kim stayed in contact, emailed the correct people, dealt with each concern and checked back after to ensure it had been resolved. All in all I spent over4 hours of telephone time getting nowhere going round and round before Kim. It wasn't great.
