It's unusual to say the least to praise a utility company..however when I contacted EDF today as I noticed they had made a mistake on my bill. The call was answered by a man called Ray, who obviously got out of bed the right side this morning as he was pleasant, happy, polite and extremely efficient in sorting out the query ..so what can I say..all companies make mistakes, it is how they deal with them that's the important thing thank you EDF, and thank you Ray.
