I haven’t received my order. Customer service via email isn’t great. I have no order and I am out of pocket. The problem started with the courier, DHL. Who aren’t delivering to my area at the moment (terrible driver, who refusing to deliver), so I contacted Edgard Cooper to explain the current situation with DHL and said my order wasn’t delivered when it was supposed to have been and that it will never be delivered. It still hasn’t arrived, so I suggested it should be returned to sender and requested a refund. Customer service hasn’t kept me updated, as promised. I have chased for updates, but nothing. I want a refund. None of this is my fault. An awful experience shopping with Edgard Cooper.
