Further to my last review, the Company did finally reply and I informed them that for 8 consecutive days their delivery agent Tinsa had been informing me that 'today' was delivery day.
Finally after 10 days of these notifications I asked Joel for my money back and instead he said he'd try and get Tinsa to deliver one last time.
Now on the 11th day, the Tinsa emailed me at 1230 to say the parcel was successfully delivered.
We were at home at that time.
I then checked with neighbours and no delivery had been made anywhere near to us.
On again emailing Edgard/Cooper I was informed I'd have now have to fill in an online form and wait for a report resolution.
The completed form I also returned.
I've asked for the Complaints Book as I had previously specifically instructed them to cancel my order which they ignored as they already had proof from Tinsa that my order had not been delivered.
No resolution as yet.
