Ordered a Christmas present, well in time for Christmas delivery. Received an email 2 days before Christmas to say actually the item was never in stock and therefore won't be arriving. Still awaiting my refund. Would not use again/recommendI see you have replied to say I was told I could receive a replacement item before Christmas - this is untrue, I would like to see the evidence of where I was told this please
