I ordered on a Tuesday, and by the following Tuesday, I still hadn't received it. This was mainly due to the delivery service. However, the support team was fantastic, responding quickly to my emails and keeping me informed. They even issued a full refund when the package couldn't be delivered. 10/10 for customer service, but 0/10 for the delivery service.
