I ordered a set of wind deflectors on 11/12/25, thinking it was enough time for a Christmas gift. After a week, I reached out as they hadn’t arrived. My email was promptly answered, and the support team was very apologetic, assuring me they would investigate. They offered a full refund, which I declined, wanting another set instead. They happily sent a replacement without any hassle. When it arrived, I was very pleased with the quality, and I would definitely choose this company again.
I ordered on a Tuesday, and by the following Tuesday, I still hadn't received it. This was mainly due to the delivery service. However, the support team was fantastic, responding quickly to my emails and keeping me informed. They even issued a full refund when the package couldn't be delivered. 10/10 for customer service, but 0/10 for the delivery service.
I ordered on a Wednesday and paid for next day delivery. After contacting support on Saturday about the missing delivery and requesting a refund for the fee, I received a response on Monday issuing the refund but also claiming it was my fault for not checking the details. Now, a week later, I still have not received anything. I will not be using this service again. It’s important to inform customers about delivery uncertainties before processing payments.
