I am extremely let down by the level of customer service. I ordered a chocolate bouquet for next-day delivery, but it was delayed over the weekend without any notification. The chocolates were left at the courier's depot in the heat for two days. When I reached out to customer service about the delay, they informed me that I should have opted for express delivery, despite the website promising delivery on the 28th, the next day. They claimed the package was kept with an ice pack, but I doubt that was sufficient for two extra days at the depot.
