I am extremely dissatisfied with the support received. I arranged for a chocolate bouquet to be delivered the following day. Unfortunately, delivery was postponed over the weekend without any notification, and the chocolates remained at the courier's facility in this heat for two days. When I reached out to the support team regarding the delay, they informed me that I should have opted for express delivery, even though the website indicated delivery on the 28th, which was the next day. They also mentioned that the package was kept with an ice pack, suggesting it should be fine, but I question how that would be sufficient for an additional two days at the facility.

The delivery was not on time. I would suggest choosing a different service if you need your items before 4 PM. The communication from customer service was poor; they made promises but failed to follow through. I ended up delivering the package to my friend's house late at night in the rain. Very dissatisfied.
I regret not checking reviews before placing my order! If I could give zero stars, I would! It's my little sister's birthday today, and she’s all alone in Australia. It’s her first birthday away from family. I ordered 11 days ago, selecting the 27th as the delivery date, but it was only dispatched yesterday and won’t arrive until at least three days after her birthday. She will be upset, having to eat stale birthday cake after receiving nothing from me. I am incredibly angry, and if I don’t receive a refund, I will initiate a chargeback through my bank. Avoid this service!

I had a terrible experience with this service. They sent a cheap bottle of bubbly instead of the champagne after charging a high price. This was for my daughter's engagement, and I am thoroughly upset with the service. I do not recommend using this company!
Avoid this service at all costs! I received an email the next day stating that my order had been disposed of due to a minor address error. They had my email and could have informed me the same day about the delivery issue, but they didn’t. I feel terrible that my grandchildren missed out on their treats. I am now out of pocket and extremely frustrated. Not everyone has a mobile phone! Never again.
