I will never use this service again or recommend it. I paid for same-day delivery well before the cutoff time, yet the bouquets did not arrive, disappointing two very let down little girls. I missed their celebration day, which was extremely embarrassing. I received no response to my emails and when I called, the service was unhelpful. I did not receive a refund for the same-day delivery. This was the worst experience.
