Unfortunately, delivery was postponed over the weekend without any notification, and the chocolates remained at the courier's facility in this heat for two days. When I reached out to the support team regarding the delay, they informed me that I should have opted for express delivery, even though the website indicated delivery on the 28th, which was the next day. They also mentioned that the package was kept with an ice pack, suggesting it should be fine, but I question how that would be sufficient for an additional two days at the facility.
