This was my first time ordering from Edikted. I had seen the sweater in a department store and it was priced 3x higher, so I ordered directly through Edikted.
The shipping was quick and arrived timely. There was a flaw that I didn’t originally notice on the back and I contacted customer service by email, expecting to hear back in a day or two. Nope! Edikted contacted me within minutes to hear about the issue. After sending over a few pics I was offered a replacement sweater or refund. All this taken care of in about 1 hour! How about that for unbelievable customer service! Edikted has quality clothing and great prices on their website and they stand behind their merchandise! 5 stars!
