I absolutely loved all the clothes I was sent!! Edikted makes it so easy and fast to work with them! Even when i had to exchange the item they were so nice about it and got me the new item within 2 days!!

This was my first time ordering from Edikted. I had seen the sweater in a department store and it was priced 3x higher, so I ordered directly through Edikted.
The shipping was quick and arrived timely. There was a flaw that I didn’t originally notice on the back and I contacted customer service by email, expecting to hear back in a day or two. Nope! Edikted contacted me within minutes to hear about the issue. After sending over a few pics I was offered a replacement sweater or refund. All this taken care of in about 1 hour! How about that for unbelievable customer service! Edikted has quality clothing and great prices on their website and they stand behind their merchandise! 5 stars!
I contacted Customer Service for assistance. They were friendly and responded very quickly. They provided excellent advice and assistance. Ultimately Customer Service provided a solution that was very agreeable to solving the issue. I was extremely happy with the service I received.
I had a really positive experience with Edikted’s customer service. They responded to my email very quickly and explained that my top had been returned by the carrier. They offered me the choice between a full refund or having the item re-delivered, which I appreciated. Their response was polite, helpful, and efficient.
Package got lost in transit. I had asked them why the order was taking so long and they said not to worry and it should be here soon but it never came and I emailed again and then I got a email saying my package got lost. so just a whole waste of time
If I had to give stars beyond for reviews I would absolutely do that for your service and customer service as well, I was so amazed that you guys replied within a minute.
