Shocking quality of item and poor customer service.
I purchased 3 items on my first customer order, one was good, one didn't fit and one was faulty and couldn't be worn.
I had to purchase the faulty item again quickly as it was needed for a photshoot.
Edikted won't refund me the cost of purchasing again and won't offer free return of the faulty item.
They want photo evidence that the top is faulty before they even accepting a return.
This is poor customer service in my opinion and I purchase from alot of fashion retailers.
I'll update the outcome as I'm still waiting on the return process as it doesn't work on their website, you have to email them and wait.
