I have been offered a refund of the purchase price only for the faulty mower (according to the representative - not a normal practice for them), but there has been no consideration for the ~$700 freight cost, replacement parts I needed to purchase to keep the machine operational, the cost of employing a contractor due to the machine not working with no-one to repair it, and no parts available. The refund was on a conditional basis that I remove the "unfavorable reviews" I have previously given. Trust Pilot states that all reviews are "honest", unpaid, or not coerced into being removed/modified. I now find out that I have been "Temporarily Blocked" on Trust Pilot since my refusal of the unacceptable offer of a refund of the purchase price, but I still need to pack and ship the machine for them. I'm now left out of pocket $000's of dollars, and they want me to spend more time and money to get a refund? I had approached them with a cost-effective solution of sending some small parts, and I would relinquish any further warranty as a compromise, but they have refused. Since refusing my offer, they again stated that this was their final offer.
