Ordered several identical locks, there was no option or documentation on how they would be keyed. So I assumed they'd be keyed alike. Took 11 days to arrive during which there was no communication about the order status. When they arrived, the locks were all keyed differently. Contacted support to see what could be done and only got a terse response that they do not offer a keyed alike option. This company needs serious work on their communication at every point.
