The lessons and teachings are very unclear, making it difficult for me to learn anything despite being enrolled in an English 09 course for some time. Many questions lack clarity, and there are often multiple possible answers. Even AI tools struggle with this content.
When I don't succeed in a lesson, it requires me to redo it multiple times, which is puzzling. It would be more beneficial if the platform provided support for improvement or allowed us to skip to when we feel ready. The app is quite confusing and doesn't seem to help; instead, it makes me feel like I'm getting worse with each attempt. I hope there are improvements, as many of us are requesting changes. If we're struggling, the service should offer easier tasks initially and gradually increase difficulty as we do better, rather than forcing us to repeat the same content excessively. The explanations are inconsistent, and the pre-lesson materials often aren't helpful. There's much more to address, but overall, I truly hope for enhancements.

This app is completely useless. I can't stand it; we never learn anything, and it is too slow to get to the main point. I wish they would bring back the previous program and leave this behind. It presented me with multiplying and dividing decimals after I failed at adding and subtracting decimals. It keeps giving me the same content at least eight times after I failed eight times. 😭😡 It should be permanently removed! I absolutely dislike it!
