A flight came up with eDreams at a very good price. I could’ve booked the flight there and then but decided to ‘Freeze’ the price which is honestly the biggest scam I’ve seen. I got home and went to book my flight only to realise the original price has shot back up and the ‘freeze’ only covers £50 extra. If there was no freeze option I would have just booked the flight. Seems like a scam to just get you to signup for their prime option. I tried to contact customer support to no prevail id definitely avoid and won’t be booking my flight with them unless this issue can be resolved.
