Review Time
Customer Service is non-existent. AI chatbot set up intentionally to waste time so you can never actually get a refund or achieve anything meaningful. Strongly suggest you avoid booking through E-Dreams. Even if it seems slightly cheaper, it is simply not worth the hassle
I’ve been a prime member on Edreams for the last few years and I’m still on the fence on if I like it or not
I use the price freeze option when thinking about booking a flight and I went to book it the next day and it was not available
I talked to an agent and he said if you see a good deal, take it and don’t wait till tomorrow
I had booked and paid in full for a three-day stay through eDreams. However, on the day I was scheduled to check in, the accommodation provider informed me that they no longer work with eDreams and that their property was fully booked for that weekend. As a result, I was left without accommodation and had no choice but to secure another place at the last minute, which was significantly more expensive.
I contacted eDreams multiple times to report the issue. Each time I was told that my case was “under investigation,” but I have received no updates, no resolution, and no communication since. This lack of support has been extremely inconvenient and financially burdensome.
I booked a flight today on eDreams, and they automatically charged me 100€ for eDreams Prime subscription. I did not sign up for Prime and I did not use any of its benefits.
I have tried contacting customer support, but I have not received a proper solution. This is an unauthorized charge, and I request an immediate refund.
I hope eDreams takes responsibility and resolves this quickly, otherwise I will escalate this issue through my bank.

I booked a ticket, and through my booking the system asked for promotion trial 7 days and prime membership to get more discount on the tickets, so i used it, but in 7 days they deducted 100 euros from my bank account, when i asked for cancellation membership and refund me as it shows on the application 14 days cancellation policy if i would not wish to continue, however i tried to remove my bank card from the website and it was impossible to do that cause i have to spent 15 to 20 min on a call with customer service to remove my card, they sent me a form to fill so i can remove my card, i did it and send it back then i found out that sent me an email saying is not possible to refund and they deleted all my data not only my card, now im fighting to get my data back as i lost hope getting back my refund, the end of this i cannot use the prime membership as the clever edreams customer service agent deleted my data, now i lost both 100 euro and access to prime membership, the worst and the most scam system i have ever dealt with, in addition to that i ended up paying more money to check in online with rayan air as i have to pay more to do it and activate my facial id, please don’t fall with this scam and i will do my best to find a way to complain to a bigger authority, i will not stop
Title: Intended to book directly with airline but routed via third party – booking difficult to access
I attempted to book what I believed was a direct Ryanair flight via the Ryanair website. At no point did I intentionally choose to book through a third-party provider. However, the booking was processed via eDreams.
The interface was busy and not particularly transparent, and I do not recall clearly selecting a third-party option. It was not obvious to me at the time that I was no longer booking directly with the airline.
Payment has been taken and I have received confirmation including an airline reference number. However, when attempting to retrieve the booking directly on the Ryanair website using that reference, the system states the booking cannot be found, and the app enters a verification loop.
This creates unnecessary stress, particularly when travel is work-related. There appears to be a lack of clarity around how third-party bookings are handled and how customers can reliably access their reservations directly with the airline.
The booking journey would benefit from clearer separation between airline direct bookings and third-party providers. I would also be concerned about how confusing this process might be for less digitally confident users.
I would appreciate clear confirmation that the airline PNR is fully active and accessible.
There are also huge numbers of adverts on the edreams website and one has to view another advert before being able to access different components of the booking which is not customer friendly
cant cancel my subscription, ive tried everything no help from help center to cancel and phone help line doesn't exist
literally no help offered, i booked flight for my nephew 4 yrs ago and must of unintentionally subscribed, and have been charged since, started st £50 and has gone to £79, ive tried each time to stop my subscription even wrote to my bank, to no avail, £79 was taken again on 28/2/26, i have no other option but to cancel my bank account at this stage
A worst experience with edreams, I have scammed to get prime membership. At first I thought okay prime will give additional benefits so I kept it, second of all my flight has been cancelled by airlines and I have been trying to contact airlines. Airlines website is not working and trying to get in contact with edreams. As prime member they say with 60 sec an agent will help, but literally I have been on call waiting for 4 hours. Still no response still I'm in call waiting. And their chat support absolutely worst. Please must must avoid edreams at all cost.

while making the booking through edreams I bymistakely agreed to their terms and conditions which includes prime membership of 99.99euros. eDreams charged me 99.99 euros after 15days of my booking that too without my knowledge. When I asked them to cancel the membership, they said they cant refund the money. Also tickets are much cheaper on other website so kindly dont fall prey to these Fraudsters
I had one of the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered with eDreams. I was unexpectedly charged for an eDreams Prime membership—a service I have never used, never intended to use, and don’t even have the app installed to access. The charge appeared without any clear warning, and when I contacted customer service the same day to cancel, I was met with resistance instead of help.
What followed was an exhausting hour-long call where I was repeatedly transferred, questioned, and made to feel as though I had done something wrong for simply asking not to be charged for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for. The representative ultimately offered only a partial refund, despite the fact that I had not used the service at all. When I asked for a full refund, I was told a manager would need to “review a call from a year ago” to determine whether an agent had mentioned the recurring yearly fee—an explanation that felt dismissive and unreasonable. I have never experienced a company imply that my memory or understanding needed to be investigated before they could decide whether to return my money.
The entire process left me feeling taken advantage of, ridiculed, and trapped in a subscription I never wanted. It’s deeply concerning that the “Prime” subscription can be added so easily—often automatically—and yet canceling or resolving issues is made incredibly difficult. There are also ongoing concerns about pricing transparency, subscription clarity, and refund processing, and my experience unfortunately aligns with those patterns.
I strongly urge anyone considering using eDreams to be extremely cautious. Double‑check every booking screen, every checkbox, and every confirmation page. The emotional toll, the wasted time, and the lack of accountability I encountered were unacceptable. No customer should have to fight this hard to reverse a charge for a service they never used and never intended to purchase.
