Unauthorized charge – unacceptable and abusive practice
Review: I am extremely disappointed with eDreams.
About a month ago, I purchased flight tickets and paid in full. Everything was completed normally, and at no point did I agree to any additional services, subscriptions, or hidden fees.
Today, I discovered that eDreams withdrew 119 CHF from my account without my consent. This charge was never clearly authorized by me, nor was it properly disclosed during the booking process.
This is not just poor service — this is an abusive and deceptive practice.
I demand a full and immediate refund of this unauthorized charge. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it through my bank (chargeback) and file formal complaints with consumer protection authorities.
I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.
