I am very disappointed with Edureka’s service. They no longer respond to my emails, and even the grievance form on their website gets no response. I have been a long-time learner and enrolled in the Tech Masters Program, which originally included all master courses for a single price with live classes. Over time, many courses were converted to self-paced, and now several master programs have been removed entirely.
Most remaining “live” courses are never conducted, and whenever I ask, I am told they are still “working on it.” When I request new courses to replace the ones they removed, they ask me to pay extra. This is unfair what happened to the money I already paid?
They previously promised that all newly launched courses would be added to my account, but nothing has happened. The quality of service has gone down drastically, and the lack of communication is unacceptable.
This is the conversation I had after the courses was removed
