I did the Generative AI for Accounting and Finance course. I passed all exams except the last one without which I am unable to get certificate. That exam had AI grading. I uploaded PDF with report but failed for 3 times. Each time I followed the feedback and revised my each submission but the result each time was me getting 0 marks, I can imagine at least getting some marks. I tried to contact them on email, phone but noone replies back. Coursera is also not replying on my request. Both Coursera and Edureka have diployed AI agents so no humans have to come back to students. I am really disappoited.
This is complete scam. I am never going to do any course from Edureka.

My experience with Edurekha has been extremely disappointing.

Despite raising multiple requests to shift my batch due to genuine and unavoidable scheduling conflicts, there was no meaningful support or resolution provided. The responses were delayed, unclear, and ultimately unhelpful. As a paying customer, I expected a minimum level of flexibility and professionalism, which was not demonstrated.

Batch transfers are a basic and reasonable request, especially when many learners are working professionals balancing jobs and personal commitments. The rigid handling of my situation reflects poorly on the organisation’s customer support standards.

I strongly urge Edurekha to reassess how they handle student concerns and improve their responsiveness and flexibility. A learning platform should prioritise supporting its students — not make the process more frustrating.

Disappointing experience with the service.

My experience with the service has been quite disappointing. Their quality of support diminishes significantly once the course is finished. During enrollment, they assure job assistance, support, and guidance, but none of that materializes. After completing the course: There is a lack of proper job assistance. Support becomes entirely unresponsive. The commitments made during the sales process are not honored. They are very engaged until payment is made, but afterwards, students are largely left to fend for themselves. I would not recommend this service to anyone seeking genuine support, guidance, or job assistance after finishing a course.

Disappointing Experience with the Program

I enrolled in a postgraduate program after receiving numerous calls and messages from the team. They promised me complete flexibility before payment—assuring that if I was unhappy with the instructor, content quality, or demo sessions, I would have various options and support. Unfortunately, the reality post-enrollment was quite the opposite. Once I made the payment, communication nearly ceased. Getting a response felt like speaking to a wall. While some instructors were genuinely effective, they were rarely available in subsequent modules. New instructors often lacked knowledge of previously covered material, disrupting the learning process. Even when I requested a change of instructor, they repeatedly guaranteed it would happen, yet the same instructor was assigned again. It became evident that they were not truly addressing student concerns. Another significant issue is the misleading information regarding certification. They admitted that only 75–78% of learners receive degrees or certificates after enrolling, and that the company would only provide the degree after project submission, which could take a year, even though mine was initially promised to be completed in six months. In reality, you only receive the degree—there’s no certification from the company, so until you finish, there’s nothing to show to potential employers. They initially stated that attendance was flexible, tests were optional, and that my professional schedule would be considered. However, these conditions changed unexpectedly, creating obstacles instead of supporting my progress. I have recordings and written communication of all these assurances, making the inconsistencies even more frustrating. Overall, the experience has fallen far short of what was promised.

Caution: Avoid Sharing Personal Information!

Avoid providing your phone number! It was a mistake to use my real mobile number. Once I shared it, my phone was bombarded with calls from various international numbers multiple times a day! In the first few calls, I clearly requested communication only via email and asked them to remove my number from their system, but it was futile! Eventually, I had to block all their calling numbers. They seemed overly eager to recruit students, which raised a red flag for me. I doubt I will enroll in any courses with them.

Warning - Unprofessional and Unreliable

This is one of the worst education providers I've encountered. I paid over $1000 for multiple batches, but they have failed to provide me with any classes for years. They make false promises and misrepresent their courses. They advertised lifetime membership, claiming learners could attend or request any future batch for the technology they enrolled in. However, they consistently fail to deliver live classes, instead offering outdated recordings that lack quality and coverage. Be cautious and don't waste your money.

Disappointing Course Experience

I purchased a course expecting comprehensive content, but after reviewing it for less than an hour, I discovered the workbook was not included. When I attempted to request a refund, I was denied because I had watched too much of the lengthy course. I strongly advise against purchasing this!

Lack of Professionalism and Support

I registered for a course and within three weeks, they changed instructors three times, leading to a complete loss of continuity. There was no response to my escalations. If someone with decades of IT experience feels this way, I pity the newcomers. I’ve taken many online courses from other providers, and this has been the worst experience. The batch size exceeded 100 students, and they seemed to expect half to drop out after the initial classes. This was reiterated by all three instructors. I tried reaching out to the representatives who signed me up, but after payment, they were unreachable. I sent multiple polite emails to the team with no response. I called their helpline, and while they promised to call back with a resolution, no one ever did. Very shady business. I would not recommend this provider.
