Ordered what appeared to be beautiful tile online. Saw positive reviews of the tile. We ordered two colors of the Olivia tile. The sage and the Dove. The beauty of tiles comes in the variation of color. The Sage, is hard to notice, and the dove was essentially just a pure gray, so little variation that customer service agreed to refund the tile. They then made me pay shipping to get the replacement tile. Its been 7 days since and the tiles have not shipped. You better have 30 days to wait for the tile before ordering.
