Lindsey in customer service was excellent. I accidentally ordered the wrong tile. Less than 24 hours worked with me to credit the old tile, and reordered the new tile. She was fantastic to work with. In addition the tile is beautiful, they sent messages on what to expect when the tile gets delivered. Provided tracking information. Carrier called to schedule delivery time frames. 10/10 amazing customer service.
