We used Edwin Lake after my sister had an excellent survey experience with Richard. From the initial moment of contact, both Emma and Richard were helpful, accommodating and communicative. Prior to the survey we were asked if we wanted Richard to focus on any aspect of the property or had any initial concerns. Richard rang immediately after the survey with verbal feedback and ran through every aspect he had looked at. We then received a very detailed report and had an immediate response when we asked for further details on something he mentioned.
