My first contact was a lady called Emma, she was so helpful and really lovely to speak to on the phone, she arranged my survey, Richard was delightful. He phoned me on the day of the survey, he talked me through step-by-step so I understood everything he was telling me, the survey report he wrote was excellent, could understand everything on it and explained very well, thank you so much for everything you helped me with.
Very reliable service from the team from start to finish and a thorough survey undertaken. Also a very detailed report which Richard went through verbally before issuing which was most helpful. Would definitely recommend this company for all survey/ valuation requirements.
Very thorough survey with detailed report. Richard discussed the findings with us and was available for further questions. The office team were also very helpful in setting up the survey and answering questions - working extra hours to ensure we received the full survey report in a timely manner.The survey helped to clarify the work needed on an old house prior to purchase and will be a useful resource now we have moved in. Fantastic service from start to finish. Emma handled all the communication and scheduling — she was superb, friendly, and incredibly accommodating despite our tight timeline. We used Edwin Lake after my sister had an excellent survey experience with Richard. From the initial moment of contact, both Emma and Richard were helpful, accommodating and communicative. Prior to the survey we were asked if we wanted Richard to focus on any aspect of the property or had any initial concerns. Richard rang immediately after the survey with verbal feedback and ran through every aspect he had looked at. We then received a very detailed report and had an immediate response when we asked for further details on something he mentioned.
