We acted upon a recommendation to use this company and were very glad we did. An initial potential property was rejected after the survey highlighted some expensive maintenance that was pending. We were so impressed that we used them again for the next potential property and went for that one instead. You could argue that the survey paid for itself straight away.Wouldn't hesitate to use them again should the requirement arise. You get a verbal summary on the day of the inspection and a written report. It's all good so use them... but they are busy so be prepared to wait a few weeks.....
