Now, within just five months**, the turbocharger has failed, and the front lower arm suspension is completely worn, causing loud noises and difficulty steering. After diagnosis, the warranty company refused to cover the suspension and steering, calling it “normal wear and tear.” They agreed the turbocharger *might* be covered, but only if I pay the garage to remove it and send it to a third-party for inspection. They also tried to blame the issue on “late oil changes,” even though I changed the oil within 2,000 miles of buying the car.Overall, the warranty has been unhelpful, expensive, and stressful—nothing like what was advertised. Nearly the cost of the car in 5 months.
