I bought a mercedes b180 from them in June 22 and on the collection we noticed that the parcel shelf was missing. I told them and they told me that they will send it to my address. They never sent it. I wrote to them, the first time they told me that the boss was on holidays, but they will come back to me when he come back, after a month I reminded them about this twice they never responded. But when I wrote about something different they negatively responded but atleast responded, meaning that they were just ignoring my texts. Avoid them or other wise check everything before leaving their Garage. I am sorry to say this but It is a shame.The car didn't even have a dipstick i had to buy one separately.
