I strongly advise against using efaq. €25.36 was charged from my account without my consent. There was no clear authorization or transparent information about any paid subscription. This kind of behavior appears highly untrustworthy and unprofessional.
I have already requested a refund and demanded that any supposed subscription be cancelled immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will take further action through my bank and the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
