I bought a £1 career personality test from a Google ad. Four days later, they charged me an extra £20 without my consent or any receipt. They put me on a hidden subscription through Google Wallet/Play without prior authorization. I called from London and was told I’d get a refund in 10 days but three months later, I still haven’t received it. Their customer service has been unhelpful and slow. I do not recommend this company.
