PLS PEOPLE, DO NOT ORDER OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM SHOP. All good reviews are done by their staf or someone they know. The only real ones are all complaints to their frauds and thefts. THEY ARE FRAUDS. I BOUGHT FLOWERS (80 GBP) FOR A RELATIVE'S BIRTHDAY WHO LIVES IN LONDON. I MADE THE ORDER 3 DAYS BEFORE HER BIRTHDAY AND 4 WEEKS PASSED BUT NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED WITH MY PURCHASE AND DELIVERY.
SHE WAS NEVER NOTIFIED. ME NEITHER. THIS IS SO TERRIBLE CAUSE I NEVER HAD THIS EXPERIENCE ON OTHER COUNTRIES ONLY WITH THIS FRADULENT SHOP IN LONDON. NOBODY CARES AND GIVES AN EXPLANATION AND REFUND. THEY DONT LEAVE THE COMMENT OPTION ON THEIR POSTS ON INSTAGRAM AND THEY DONT ANSWER TO MY MESSAGES AND EMAILS. I LEFT MULTIPLE COMMENTS ON THEIR COLLAB - GIVEAWAY POSTS (the only posts where you can comment) ON INSTA AND THE NEXT DAY THEY WERE ALL DELETED. SO THIS IS THEIR ANSWER IS SOME WAY. 0 RESPONSABILITY, THEFT AND FRAUD.
