Flowers weren’t delivered on Valentine’s Day eve though they were communicated as out for delivery. Haven’t been delivered even until 5 days after. The shipping company EVRI and their so called customer support are a joke. Haven’t heard back from eflorist either after 2 days of trying to get a refund for a bouquet, chocolates and a card that never arrived. Worst service I’ve ever encountered, feels like a massive rip off.

This was a terrible experience from start to finish.

The flowers arrived already wilted and damaged. Many roses had dried, darkened petals and clearly were not fresh. The bouquet looked nothing like the advertised picture - the filling was poor and the overall presentation was disappointing. Within just 12 hours the flowers deteriorated even further and continued to wither.

Today the bouquet looks even worse, despite the company promising 7 days of fresh flowers. This promise is clearly false.

What makes the situation even more unacceptable is the complete lack of customer service. I contacted support immediately, and it has now been two days with no response. Ignoring customers after delivering such poor quality is extremely unprofessional.

This order completely ruined the party and the mood. I expect a full refund for this unacceptable product and service.

Ordered some flowers and chocolates with a card for a friends birthday on the 13th Feb, they never delivered, then on the 14th they sent an apology in the evening that they couldnt deliver today as I had requested (which wasnt actually the requested day) giving the excuse of valentines day.. so they refunded the order and never delivered anything! Customer service is horrendous, I will never use again!

I placed an order weeks ago for a bouquet of flowers and paid £9.99 for guaranteed delivery. In total i almost spent £60. It is now 5 days later and i have not even recieved them. There solution is for me to re-order with 15% off which doesnt even cover paying for delivery again. Terrible customer service and no sympathy absolutely shocking

I ordered my partner flowers on the 9th of February, which was plenty of time for Valentine’s Day. I wanted to go above and beyond, especially as her father had recently passed away. The order came to just over £100, and I paid for the premium delivery option. I selected Friday the 13th as the delivery date.

On that day, I received an email from Evri saying they had only just dropped the flowers off to them. That’s bad on eflorist’s part, as it was clearly left too late for them to be delivered on the day I specifically chose. On top of that, it’s now the 16th, and the flowers still haven’t arrived. I reckon they’re going to be dry as anything when they do.

This is honestly the worst experience I’ve had with an online retailer.

Shockingly bad!! rose bouquet ordered for me as a gift for valentines, I’ve never seen such a woeful bunch of flowers. Extra large bouquet consisted of 11 pathetic, wilted, brown half dead roses and lots of cheap filler greenery. How do you sleep at night, robbing people of their hard earned money?? Please please don’t waste your money either this company.

Will be in touch with my bank for a refund. Will never order from them again, especially after now reading other reviews on their Facebook page!
