We came here for two days. The first day was fine, except for the horrendous website whose drop-down menus never work. We couldn't pay online so we couldn't buy our tickets, and we knew we were coming back so we didn't bother with going to buy them. The next day, knowing the awful useless website wasn't going to work, we went to the Gastenservice and asked for tickets for today. The employee sold us the tickets. Later, we wanted to check if there was a specific time we had to be there before the show started, so we're not late/so we could go on a ride beforehand. Lo and behold, there was no show today! The date on the tickets turned out to be for tomorrow, which the employee who sold us the tickets somehow failed to mention? I've never had such a strange experience before. Later, when I went to the desk to get a refund, they told me it's 'like a concert ticket' and they couldn't refund it, even though I lost €80 due to the incompetence of their employee! And the real kicker? When I first came to request the refund, the person told me there was a show today, until someone else working them told them that was not the case. If you do decide to come here, make sure you check EVERY LITTLE DETAIL yourself, because they apparently cannot be trusted to get their own info right?? And when I tried to contact support, like they suggested, while telling me it was unlikely I'll get anywhere (at least they were honest), I was disconnected from my first conversation, only to have some other employee show up, and give me the worst attitude I've ever seen. It was fun until it wasn't. I will not be coming back. If I can't trust people to know their own bloody basic info, why would I trust them to be able to do bloody anything competently? Such a bloody shame.

See more
