AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS. I invested 12,000 rupees in 2012 and only received 5,300 rupees back. They were unwilling to return my funds, and the entire process stretched on for about six months. We sent countless emails, but they either ignored us or replied with excuses. Their customer support is corrupt, ineffective, and highly unprofessional. Each time we reached out, they repeatedly requested the same documents, despite having received them multiple times already. It felt like a deliberate tactic to delay. From my experience, their operations seem corrupt, and I know many others who share my dissatisfaction with this service. In my honest opinion, this service is not to be trusted. I regret ever engaging with them. Stay clear of this service at all costs. They show no accountability and take no responsibility for customer funds. I had to constantly pursue them just to receive basic replies, and even then, nothing was resolved. Once they have your money, you seem to no longer matter. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM.
