Terrible customer service. First I waited over half hour in reception, was told the guys were very busy in the compound, finally I was instructed to go over , wasn’t sure where it was, the lady in reception said you will see the guys loading and unloading ,there was no one outside doing anything like that all the shutters were down, no staff members were there when she phoned them up in front of me telling them she was sending me down, I had to bang on the shutters so I could go in. 3 members of staff there not doing any work, and then had the cheek to ask if I was told to come down. All I wanted was my property from my car, for the price they charge you would expect basic customer service
