I used Egertons (via Greenflag) twice for the same breakdown, once to diagnose the fault and the second time to recover the vehicle to a garage for repair. On both occasions Egertons turned up very quickly and each time I had a phone call from their office giving an estimated arrival time that turned out to be completely accurate. The technician who diagnosed the fault was quick, efficient and friendly, as was the man who came with the recovery truck.
