I've never seen such careful packaging! Each piece was wrapped to prevent any damage, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The ceramics are beautiful and uniquely crafted. Additionally, customer service was very helpful, providing photos of the ceramics we were interested in. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and are thrilled with our purchase. We would gladly order again and recommend this to others.
