The products are of very high quality and the offer 2x1 makes it much cheaper to have a full set of matching dishes. It's very durable artisanal products, and as it comes from Portugal, it takes up to a week to arrive, but I have ordered 3 times from them and never had an issue.

I reached out to the manufacturer, but they only offered a voucher (excluding delivery costs) instead of a replacement. This is disappointing for a loyal customer who expected better from a brand that claims to prioritize quality. Be cautious if you intend to use these items in the microwave!

They claim to create original images of their products, but their profile shows otherwise. Their mission statement emphasizes sustainability, which contradicts their reliance on AI. They say 99% of their content is genuine, but it raises questions about why they need any AI-generated content at all. Their response to criticism only highlights their lack of accountability, and I no longer trust them as a brand I once respected. It's disappointing to see such behavior from a company I have bought from several times. I've canceled my order.
