I’d like to give a special shout-out to Jessica from customer service—she was incredibly quick to respond and helped resolve my issue as best she could. I really appreciated her professionalism and efficiency.
As for the dress I purchased, unfortunately the quality was very poor, which was disappointing. It also had a noticeable pull on the shoulder strap. That said, this is the first time I’ve experienced this with Ego, and I’ve bought several lovely pieces from them in the past.
Jessica helped with my issue the best she could, so i will continue to shop with ego as you can’t really ask for anything more when personally unhappy with an item and return options are available😊
I’ve also previously had an item missing out of an order before due to it going out of stock yet still being available for me to order, but again the customer service team were quick to inform me why it was missing and issue a refund.
