EGO is an absolutely terrible place to shop!!! NEVER BUY FROM THEM ! EVER!!!
I ordered stuff from them over a week ago, next day delivery option and it still says that my order hasn’t been shipped. I contacted them and they gave me automated responses. These people are so unprofessional, unhelpful and disorganised. Not once did they reach out on their own to notify me about my order. My package hasn’t arrived and there’s still no sign of it. I’ll have to dispute the money since I never received it

I would like to express my gratitude to the representative who promptly responded to my inquiry. I initially reached out to request my confirmation number, as I might have deleted my email and hadn't set up an actual account to access it. Fortunately, the representative retrieved my message, made the necessary adjustments, and I was able to proceed with my request.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong size for my dress and reached out to inquire about changing it to the correct size. Their response was prompt, and they successfully resolved the issue. The representative was incredibly helpful, and I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service I received!
I purchased a jumper for my daughter at the end of November for Christmas. Unfortunately, the jumper is too large, and the company will not allow an exchange for a smaller size. This experience has been quite disappointing, and I don't plan to order again.
