EGO is an absolutely terrible place to shop!!! NEVER BUY FROM THEM ! EVER!!!
I ordered stuff from them over a week ago, next day delivery option and it still says that my order hasn’t been shipped. I contacted them and they gave me automated responses. These people are so unprofessional, unhelpful and disorganised. Not once did they reach out on their own to notify me about my order. My package hasn’t arrived and there’s still no sign of it. I’ll have to dispute the money since I never received it




UPDATE: I got my refund, I still wouldn’t recommend them

Disappointed with the sizing and exchange policy

I purchased a jumper for my daughter at the end of November for Christmas. Unfortunately, the jumper is too large, and the company will not allow an exchange for a smaller size. This experience has been quite disappointing, and I don't plan to order again.
