Terrible company!!
You request a return and refunded straight away!! Which company does this?? Oh yeah ones that sell your details onto a 3rd party!! I returned a bag due to it being faulty, the bag had to be tied together because it was broken, also forgot to put a pair of trousers in my returns bag, which I have advised I will happily pay for them as the returns window is now closed. I have now received a email from reveni saying I owe them £34?? I have emailed ego advising that the bag was unfit for purpose so sent back. I have said I will pay for the trousers if a new payment link it sent. I am now receiving further emails to say £5 debt will be added to my payment link each day until this is paid!!! Why would I pay for something I have returned for being faulty. If I don’t pay you will then also put a bad report on my credit file??? I will be taking further legal action under my consumer rights if this is not resolved!! I have asked for a new payment link to be sent for the trousers at £16 for which I didn’t return. Also if this doesn’t happen please return the faulty bag back to me, you could send this to multiple customers and do the same trick! Shocking EGO SHOCKING. I will also take to social media to express my views in this ridiculous process of returns if this is now resolved ASAP.
