Formal Complaint About Unprofessional Treatment

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the extremely poor and unprofessional treatment that my friend and I encountered during our check-in with the airline. From the beginning, the check-in staff displayed a lack of care, respect, and professionalism. Their attitude was rude and unacceptable, making the entire process stressful and unpleasant. To make matters worse, the manager on duty responded to our concerns by raising his voice at us, showing a complete disregard for customer service. This behavior is inappropriate for any service environment, especially for a company with such a reputation. This experience has left me with a very negative impression and has significantly affected my trust in the airline. Due to this incident, I am deeply disappointed and reconsidering my future travel plans with this airline. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that a thorough investigation is conducted. I also expect appropriate actions to be implemented to prevent other passengers from experiencing such disrespect in the future.
