I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the extremely poor and unprofessional treatment my friend and I received during our check-in with the airline. From the outset, the check-in staff displayed a complete lack of care, respect, and professionalism. Their attitude was rude and unacceptable, making the entire process stressful and unpleasant instead of offering any assistance. To make matters worse, the manager on duty responded to our concerns by raising his voice at us, demonstrating a complete disregard for customer service. This behavior is inappropriate for any service environment, particularly for a company with such a reputation. This experience has left me with a very negative impression and has significantly impacted my trust in the airline. Due to this incident, I am deeply disappointed and reconsidering my future travel plans with this airline. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that a thorough investigation is conducted. I also expect suitable actions to be implemented to prevent other passengers from experiencing such disrespect in the future.
