As a nation, it's truly embarrassing that the government allows this airline to operate. The experience was a complete disaster. I will definitely advise everyone I know to avoid this ‘airline’ due to its abysmal customer service and outdated, unclean planes. The delays were the worst part—4 hours from one city to another and then another 2-hour delay on the return. This airline is a blemish on the reputation of the country. There is a lot to be ashamed of.
