I was frustrated after being woken early from sleep, as I struggle with PTSD and insomnia, and had expected the installation in the afternoon. I did not swear or abuse anyone, and I even apologized for raising my voice. I felt threatened by management, who breached our agreement and made false claims about my behavior. I reached out to express my concerns, but my email was ignored. The response to my review misrepresented my experience and was full of inaccuracies. Overall, a very negative experience with this company.
